We don’t design programmes in advance, we start where you are ready and make them as individual as you are. For some, the emphasis may purely be on lifestyle and behaviour change to begin with, whilst others may be ready to dive straight into detailed nutrition coaching. We work closely with you to uncover all the steps you need to take to reach your goal whilst still enjoying life.

ABOUT US

Our mission is to help women rediscover themselves, achieve life changing body shape change and develop healthy, life long relationships with food and their bodies by delivering bespoke, results focused exercise and nutrition programmes in a ladies only studio. Fun is also an essential component at Revoloution. No boring treadmills and pointless cross trainers but rather weights, kettlebells, suspensions straps and boxing gloves (to name a few) which are utilised to provide fun but highly effective training sessions.
